The Plans are intended only for personal use of included services. *Air24 Network* reserves the right to discontinue Unlimited Data benefits offered as part of the Plans in case of misuse/ fraudulent use/ unauthorised telemarketing and commercial use. *Air24 Network* believes that to provide the best possible experience for the most possible users with optimal capacity and network performance, it is necessary to encourage responsible use by consumers.
To avoid abuse of Unlimited Data benefits by a few that affects the vast majority of other users, for such plans, *Air24 Network* will identify and treat any consumption by a customer beyond 1000 GB of data in a bill cycle; as exceeding the Fair Usage Policy. Upon reaching such limit in a bill cycle, *Air24 Network* will throttle the data services to 64 Kbps without giving any prior notice.
The voice benefits under the Plan cannot be used for outgoing calls to premium numbers, IN numbers and other chargeable short codes; the subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs for the same.
Installation charges of Rs. 1000 is non-refundable in nature.
Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the end of bill cycle.
The data used by the consumers for *Air24 Network* applications, Video calls and other content available on internet would be uniformly debited against plan data allocation.
The Postpaid *Air24 Network*AirFiber tariff plans can only be availed by customers possessing a compatible Customer Premise Equipment.
The Subscribers are provided with advance rental options in all of the plans with associated benefits.
Advance rental once paid is not refundable on deactivation of the *Air24 Network*AirFiber connection.
Data charges will be applicable for both incoming and outgoing video calls.
Please ensure that you have sufficient credit limit and refer the applicable international charges before initiating ISD calls.
The plan Rental has components for connectivity and platform services. Please check the invoice/ receipt for details.
The OTT subscription provided in eligible plans shall work in *Air24 Network* STB. The long-term subscription to OTT applications is subject to continuity of bill payments. In case of gap in payments or migration to lower denomination plan, the subscription can be withdrawn at the discretion of *Air24 Network* and its affiliates.
Only one STB will be provided to customer on availing a Postpaid *Air24 NetworkAirFiber connection. Subsequent **Air24 Network* STBs are available at market price.
*Air24 NetworkAirFiber Service Equipment (WiFi Router/ Set Top Box/ CPE) provided to you shall always remain the property of the Company and /its Affiliates. You shall return the **Air24 NetworkAirFiber Equipment’s in same condition, subject to normal wear and tear, upon termination of **Air24 NetworkAirFiber services by us or surrender of **Air24 NetworkAirFiber Services by you, failing which the Company and/ its Affiliates shall have the right to recover necessary charges from you towards loss / damages to **Air24 Network*AirFiber Service Equipment as applicable.
The Company reserves the rights to connect multiple customers with *Air24 NetworkFiber/Air24 Network*AirFiber Outdoor units, as per requirements, at its discretion. Further, any wilful or otherwise possession/manipulation of these equipment is liable for criminal prosecution.)
